Jerome Jarapa is an experienced web and graphic designer based in Bicol, Philippines. With a degree in BS Computer Science major in Digital Arts and Animation, Jerome has been passionate about design since his childhood. Growing up, he participated in mural painting contests and poster-making activities at school, fueling his love for art and technology.

After graduating from college in 2017, Jerome began his career at a local startup digital marketing agency, where he gained valuable experience in the industry over three years. As a self-taught designer, he has developed a unique style and approach, constantly pushing the boundaries of what technology can achieve.

Jerome is known for his creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and deep understanding of design principles. He takes pride in helping his clients achieve their goals through visually stunning and effective designs, whether it’s creating a website, designing social media graphics, or developing marketing collateral.

Outside of work, Jerome enjoys playing mobile video games, visiting coffee shops, and capturing moments through photography. He has a dream of building his own coffee shop and an e-commerce shop for digital assets, combining his passions for design and entrepreneurship.

Jerome is also an active member of the LGBTQIA+ community, actively participating in activities that spread awareness and fight for the rights of the community. He believes in creating an inclusive and accepting society for all individuals.

With his unwavering passion for design, technology, and his dedication to personal and community pursuits, Jerome is poised to make a positive impact as a web and graphic designer, not just in the Philippines, but wherever his skills can bring value.

Matt is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the visual communications and marketing industry. His passion for global culture, design, and human connection has driven his successes and fueled his curiosity for new challenges all around the world.

A Cajun, Matt grew up in South Louisiana, a cultural hot spot, embracing the dynamic influences of food, music, and a rich culture. He attended the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in San Francisco. Calling places like New York City and Portland, Oregon home, he garnered his work experiences with global organizations such as Gap inc, H&M, and most notably Nike where he learned to combine his keen eye for style and product merchandising with purpose-driven branding and marketing strategies.

In 2018, Matt relocated to Europe and started a brand consultancy agency, achieving a lifelong dream of living and adventuring around the world. After stints in Amsterdam, Barcelona, and London, Matt relocated to Los Angeles now with a new unique global perspective to continue to build his career as a brand strategist and Art Director with Coto.

A constant learner and passionately dedicated to self improvement and personal development, Matt is trained in leadership, team management, and effective communication.

Adal grew up on 3 continents. As an insider of the celebrity community in Malibu. As the son of a lecturer at the Louvre. As a student of the elite International Lycée of St-Germain-en-Laye, a gathering ground for the leaders of the European Union.

Obsessed with all things technical, Adal built his first website in 1998, the same year he started sculpting wood. In 2008, he graduated University with a Masters in Psychology and then immediately jumped into programming in a San Francisco startup.

Within a year of moving back to California, Adal was freelancing full-time as a web developer. With clients like McKesson, the Freemasons of California, and the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living… his solo practice naturally evolved into a boutique agency.

As a 10-year veteran of Burning Man, a certified breath-work instructor and the patent pending inventor of the Spine Piano, Adal embodies the archetype of the Renaissance Man.
His philosophy is simple, and potent. Pursue only what truly aligns, be extremely selective in building your team, set high standards, and work towards frictionless results.
